Zip Co Ltd (ASX: ZIP) is an Australian financial technology company that has grown its operations in Australia, New Zealand and the United States to provide customer services in 12 countries. Zip Co Ltd offers point-of-sale credit and digital payment services to consumers and merchants via interest-free buy-now, pay-later (BNPL) technology.

Founded in 2013 by Larry Diamond and Peter Gray with a goal to disrupt the existing credit card model to provide a more flexible alternative.

Zip Co Ltd offer two consumer products: Zip Money and Zip Pay.

Ms Scott, prior to Zip, was the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer at Scentre Group and held a number of senior executive roles at Telstra, including Group Executive responsible for Telstra's New Business portfolio. Prior to Telstra, Cynthia spent over 20 years in investment banking, most recently at Barclays where her roles included Regional Head of Debt Capital Markets in Hong Kong and CEO of Australia and New Zealand. Cynthia was previously Chair of Foxtel, Telstra Ventures and Autohome, a NYSE-listed Chinese technology company. She is a member of the Adara Group Panel and previously served on the Advisory Board for Room to Read.
