About Vulcan Energy Resources Ltd
Vulcan Energy Resources Ltd (ASX: VUL) is focussed on providing lithium with a zero-carbon footprint to European electric vehicle manufacturers.
Its Zero Carbon Lithium Project will involve producing lithium through renewable geothermal energy, without the use of evaporation ponds, mining or fossil fuels. To this end, it has a site in the Upper Rhine Valley in Germany, where it will produce battery-grade lithium hydroxide from geothermal brines.

Dr Hilken has over 35 years of experience in the German chemicals, renewables and infrastructure investment sectors and in leading industry advocacy associations, and in the German Government at the state and federal level. Dr Hilken's experience and connections help Vulcan Group ensure that geothermal energy becomes a foundation of Germany's supply of sustainable and secure renewable energy as Germany diversifies away from local carbon-based energy sources and Russian energy.
