Mr Norris spent two years as a principal in Vanguard Advice, Brokerage & Retirement Services group, and four years leading Vanguard Institutional Retirement Plan Services business, which includes all defined benefit and defined contribution services and programs for corporate and government entities. Since joining Vanguard in 1987, he has also held leadership positions in statistics and research, corporate communications, marketing, and strategic planning, and served for many years as assistant to the chairman. In 1993 he authored The Vanguard Retirement Investing Guide.

Ms Lui was previously a director and the head of Legal and Compliance for Vanguard Investments Australia. Before that, as a senior product manager, she was responsible for the oversight and management of Vanguard's suite of Australian managed funds. Cynthia joined Vanguard in 2008 and has more than 18 years of experience as a legal adviser in the investment management sector.

Mr Kolimago was a vice president in the corporate banking division of PNC Bank, N.A. He is responsible for all aspects of management, distribution, and operations of Vanguard's Australian business. Since joining Vanguard in 1996, he has served in a variety of roles including working in the Institutional Investor Group as a principal in Malvern, Pennsylvania and Scottsdale, Arizona, and leading the teams that support institutional retirement plan clients across a variety of segments. In 2000, he moved to Japan to assist in establishing and managing Vanguard's Tokyo office, and in 2013, he headed up the combined Shared Services and Defined Benefit Services Group within Vanguard Institutional Investor Group.

Ms Platt gained more than 20 years of experience across the consumer goods, logistics and retail sectors, and in her most recent role was Iron Mountain's Chief Financial Officer for Australia and New Zealand. She also leads the operational teams responsible for providing fund accounting, administration and transfer agency services for Vanguard's managed funds, exchange traded funds, and separately managed products.
