Mr McGuinness is a finance executive with more than 25 years of experience as a Director and in executive management with ASX listed and private companies in the mining, medical equipment industries and not-for-profit organisations. Mr McGuinness was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Exact Mining Services. Mr McGuinness is Chair of Risk and Compliance Committee.

Mr Broome brings to the Company knowledge and experience accumulated through involvement with mining technology companies, government agencies and major international mining companies, which will complement the current experience and skill set of Terramins Directors and management team. Alan is a Director and Chair of a number of Australian mining technology companies including Micromine Pty Ltd., UON Energy Pty Ltd, iMine Data Analytics Ltd and Emeritus Chair of the Australian mining technology member group, Austmine (having been previous Chairman for 22 years). He has previuosly been Chair of the Australian Government Action Agenda promoting Mining Technology; and the Deputy Chair of the worlds largest Internet based mining procurement company, Quadrem. Alan is also Chair of ASX listed Companys New Age Exploration Ltd and the Critical Minerals Group Ltd. In New Zealand, he is Chair of Nuenz Ltd; and previously a Director of the State owned coal mining company, Solid Energy Ltd.

Mr Sheng has been involved in the investment sector for approximately 25 years, mainly in the areas of property and resources. Mr Sheng was formerly the Vice Chair of the Australia China Business Council (Victoria). Mr Sheng is Chair of Melbourne based Asipac Group Pty Ltd (Asipac).

Mr Siciliano has 30 years' experience as an accountant in the property sector and financial accounting. Mr Siciliano is an accountant for the Asipac Group and for the last 26 years has owned and managed an accounting practice focusing on taxation and business consulting. Mr Siciliano is a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants and is a member of the Company's Risk Committee.

Mr Zhang has mining experience spanning over 30 years, including project experience in Africa and Asia. Mr Zhang is currently the Senior Expert of China Non-Ferrous Metals Industry's Foreign Engineering & Construction Co Ltd's (NFC) Science Technology and Information Department.
