Dr Weiss has expertise in financial services businesses and international business experience. He holds several directorships including as director of Ariadne Australia Limited (since November 1989), as Chairman of Coast Entertainment Holdings Limited (since September 2017), as Deputy Chairman of Myer Holdings Limited (a director since November 2023.), as director of Hearts and Minds Investments Limited and as Chairman of Cromwell Property Group. He is Chair of Risk Committee.

Mr Waislitz has business and capital markets experience and has been a member of several public company boards. He is co-owner of the Australian Community Media group, Australia's regional media group which operates more than 160 regional publications across Australia. He was Vice President of the Collingwood Football Club Limited for more than 20 years, stepping down in 2021.

Mr Landos is the Chief Operating Officer of the Thorney Investment Group and has business and corporate experience specialising in advising boards and management in mergers and acquisitions, divestments, business restructurings and capital markets. He is a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of Gale Pacific Ltd and is also a member of the Company's Nomination Committee. He is a non-executive director of Adacel Technologies Limited, and a non-executive director of various entities within the 20 Cashews Pty Ltd group, including Australian Community Media and View Media Group, as well as a director of Anaeco Limited.

Mr Lanzer is Managing Partner of Arnold Bloch Leibler an Australian commercial law firm and has over 40 years of experience in providing legal and strategic advice to some of Australian companies. He is also a director of Premier Investments Limited, a director of Just Group Limited and previously a director of the TarraWarra Museum of Art. He is member of Risk Committee.
