    Transurban Group (ASX: TCL) is one of the world’s largest toll-road operators, managing and developing urban toll-road networks in Australia and North America. 

    The company develops, operates, maintains and finances toll-road networks and also manages the associated customer and client relationships. Transurban’s other business activities include researching new vehicle and road safety technology.

    Transurban was listed on the ASX in 1996 and now ranks as one of the largest companies on the share market.

That followed more than 15 years of experience in investment banking with UBS and Greenhill Australia as a Managing Director working across a vast array of industries, providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital management, funding, and investor relations.
