Ms Neuling has experience in senior financial and commercial roles in the international resource sector, and as a director of ASX-listed companies. After commencing her career with Deloitte in London and Perth, she served in various finance roles including Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Commercial Director for several ASX-listed mining and exploration companies such as LionOre Mining, Apex Minerals and Sirius Resources, where she was Director of Corporate and Commercial during its rapid growth phase following the discovery of the Nova-Bollinger deposit in WA. Ms Neuling is currently Non-Executive Chair of MLG Oz Limited (ASX: MLG) and Tombador Iron Limited (ASX: TI1) and a Non-Executive Director of S2 Resources Limited (ASX: S2), which was demerged from Sirius Resources in 2015.

Mr Hine had an 35-year executive management career in both mining and mining services companies. Mr Hine is currently a Non-Executive Director for St Barbara Limited (ASX: SBM) and Dynamic Group Holdings Limited (ASX: DDB) and was previously a Non-Executive Director of Perenti Limited (ASX: PRN).

Mr Coyne is a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Director with over 30 years of experience in the mining, engineering and construction industries, both in Australia and internationally. His experience includes commercial negotiations, capital markets transactions, mergers & acquisitions, risk management and supporting projects through the development phase. Mr Coyne most recently served as CFO and Joint Company Secretary at Australian gold producer Red 5 Limited (ASX: RED) prior to its merger with Silver Lake Resources Limited in June 2024. Prior to his role with Red 5 and earlier executive role with Spartan Resources (formerly Gascoyne Resources), Mr Coyne held senior executive positions with Australian-listed companies Macmahon Holdings Limited, VDM Group Limited and Peninsula Energy Limited, and with unlisted global manganese miner Consolidated Minerals Limited. Over the past 15 years, Mr Coyne has been directly involved in numerous debt and equity transactions, corporate acquisitions and divestments. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director at ASX-listed Peninsula Energy Limited (ASX: PEN).

Mr Lawson has over 18 years of experience in exploration, production and managerial roles. Prior to joining the Company, Mr Lawson was Chief Geologist at Superior Gold Inc. Mr Lawson was a founding member of Northern Star Resources Limited, where he held senior geology roles, including Principal Geologist, and was a member of the team which transformed the company from junior explorer to a major global producer.

Ms Carpenter has approximately 15 years of experience as a lawyer in equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, as well as experience in governance, risk management and corporate compliance. Deanna is currently a partner in the corporate and commercial practice of national law firm Hamilton Locke.
