Mr Reitzer has more than 40 years of global experience in the retail and wholesale industry. In 1998, he moved to Australia to lead Metcash. He is known for his transformative leadership at Metcash, where he served as Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2013. After retiring from Metcash in 2013, Andrew served as Chairman of SG Fleet Ltd, George & Matilda Ltd, amaysim Australia Ltd, and ARQ Group Ltd. He is on the Board of IPIC Pty Ltd and SG Fleet Pty Ltd.

Mr Norman Li migrated to Sydney from Beijing China. With over 30 years of experience, Norman has operated international companies in Australia and China. Mr Li set up a trading company in Sydney, which became the predecessor of Careline Group Australia. After more than ten years of efforts, Careline Group has developed into a production and processing factory with TGA production license. It manufactures multiple brands of health care, skin care, and milk powder products. The business has built a reputation and a customer base worldwide. Careline' products are distributed in Australia, China, southeast Asia, Europe and America. Mr Norman Li has established a sales network, and good communication channels with companies in Australia and China. Moreover, as a result of his Chinese background, Mr Li has maintained business relations with Chinese enterprises as well.

Ms Smith most recently, Kerry was CEO of PFD Foods for over 15 years, and as a result has experience in food and distribution. She is currently on the boards of Melbourne Victory FC, Bowens Timber & Hardware, Premier Fresh Australia and Stacked Farm, and is a former director of both the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and LUCRF industry superannuation fund. Mr Iervasi was previously the Group CEO and Executive Director of Asahi Beverages. Before becoming the Group CEO of Asahi Beverages, Robert held various positions in Asahi Beverages including Group COO, Group CFO, and Group General Counsel. Robert played a role in the integration of Carlton & United Breweries to the Asahi Beverages business in 2020, along with navigating Asahi Beverages through the challenges posed to the food and beverage industry, as well as to businesses more broadly, by the COVID-19 pandemic. He is the Chair of the Post-Merger Implementation Committee.

Ms Park is an experienced chief executive and Board director with more than 30 years of in public and private sectors. Shelly is known for her financial stewardship, crisis leadership, and passion for quality, safety and risk governance. Shelly has a track record in leading turnaround strategies and transformations in health-related organizations. Her career includes tenures as CEO of Australian Red Cross Lifeblood (2016-2022) and Monash Health (2007-2016) and has also held various senior executive roles. Shelly is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Directors at The Royal Women's Hospital and is also a Director of St John of God Health Care and Vice President on the Stroke Foundation Board.
