Anne was formerly Chairman of Colonial First State Investments Ltd, Qantas Superannuation Ltd and Zoos Victoria, and a director of MYOB Group Ltd and Flexigroup Ltd. She was previously a Council Member at RMIT University for several years, where she contributed to an uplift in governance for the university sector in Australia. Prior to her career as a professional director, Anne was a commercial lawyer for 28 years and was General Counsel for Australia at the National Australia Bank and a partner at Minter Ellison in Melbourne. She is Chair of the Safer Gambling, Governance and Ethics Committee, Member of the Risk and Compliance Committee, Member of the Culture, People Committee. Ms Thornton is an experienced executive with more than 15 years' corporate finance and strategic advisory experience, and 13 years' experience in audit at Board-level. Antonia brings a strategic commercial focus and experience in regulated industries including financial services, education and energy sector as well as experience in property and placemaking. Antonia is currently a Non-Executive Director of Habitat Early Learning and its subsidiaries. Mr McCann is a global executive who has held numerous key leadership roles during his executive career over the past 28 years, including in gaming, leisure and real estate. His most recent role as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Crown Resorts Limited (Crown). Prior to that, he spent more than a decade serving as Group Chief Executive Officer of real estate development and investment group, Lendlease Corporation Limited (Lendlease). Before joining Lendlease in 2005, Mr McCann worked in senior leadership roles at ABN AMRO and Bankers Trust.
