Ms O Grady has 30 years of experience in IT, telecommunications and media. Her executive career included roles at Telstra at the Executive/Managing Director level including as Chief of Product, Commercial Director of Australian Consolidated Press, the publishing subsidiary of PBL and General Manager of Alcatel Australia. She served as the inaugural Chair of the Aged Care Financing Authority and on the board of National Electronic Health Authority. Currently, she is a non executive Director of Dominos Pizza Enterprises.

Mr Rodgerson took over from founding Chief Executive David Aughton to lead Rubicon through its next stage of growth. Prior to the establishment of Rubicon in 1995, he spent six years with the Victorian Rural Water Corporation.

Mr Aughton has more than 30 years of experience in water irrigation and has been instrumental in bringing reform to industry, particularly in the area of operations. Prior to this he held senior executive roles with the Rural Water Corporation in Victoria.

Mr Dickinson has over two decades of experience in the financial services industry. His experience includes 10 years at UBS, where he held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chair of UBS in Australia and New Zealand. He has been a shareholder and a Director of Rubicon since December 2003. He was awarded the Centenary Medal by the Federal Government in 2001 for services to the financial services industry. He currently runs a family farming business and is the Chair of the Australian Wool Testing Authority.

Mr Morganti has over 30 years of experience in tax and M&A transactions and was previously a corporate tax partner at KPMG for 20 years, specialising in the agribusiness, telecommunications, media and mining industries. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of GS1 Australia Limited.

Mr Mareels has been the Pro Vice Chancellor Innovation, and Executive Dean at Federation University responsible for the business, engineering, IT and science disciplines. Prior to this he was with IBM, inter alia as Director of IBM Research in Australia (2018-2021) and Dean of the University of Melbournes School of Engineering (2007-2018). He has published widely, he has co authored over 500 refereed publications and is a coinventor on some of the key patents.
