About Resolute Mining Ltd
Resolute Mining Ltd is an Australia-based gold producer. Its principal activities include gold mining, prospecting, and exploration of minerals. The company organizes its operations into business divisions, namely Mako (Senegal), and Syama(Mali). The firm generates the majority of its revenue from the Syama (Mali) segment. Syama is a robust, long-life asset comprising an underground mine and associated sulfide processing circuit, along with satellite open pit operations that provide ore feed to a separate oxide processing circuit. Mako is a high-quality, open-pit gold mine.

Mr Jackson was a key member of the management team of TSX listed Red Back Mining Inc., a company that financed, developed and operated two gold mines in West Africa culminating in a takeover by Kinross Gold Corp in 2010. He was then founding President and CEO, and later Chairman, of TSXV listed Orca Gold Inc, a company which discovered the Block 14 gold project in Sudan, before it was taken over by Perseus Mining Limited in 2022. Mr Jackson has previously been a director of multiple ASX and TSX listed companies including Cardinal Resources Limited.

Mr Holohan is a mining sector executive with more than 43 years of experience, including 7 years as chief executive of two previous mining companies, 33 years working in Africa on a range of precious and base metals mining projects, and 10 years working on gold projects in Asia. He has held various executive positions over the last 23 years with a focus on re engineering a range of precious and base metals mining projects. As an engineer, Mr Holohan was involved in the design, commissioning and operation of numerous complex metallurgical capital projects in the platinum, nickel, copper, gold, chrome and diamond industries. He was also involved in detailed mine design programs and engineering studies for several open cut and underground mining development operations. Prior to joining Resolute, Mr Holohan was Chief Executive Officer of PT Archi Indonesia for five years where he successfully developed and expanded a multi-open pit gold mine from an exploration project to an operational mine paying dividends. Mr Holohan brings experience in operating in technically and socially challenged environments where he has led multi cultural workforces. He is a Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council and a Member of the IOM3. He is also a Member of the IOD.

Ms Parker has 25 years experience in the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors, with an additional projects as well as running disputes. Adrienne was most recently Partner and Head of the Perth office at global law firm Pinsent Masons, where she advised in connection with the procurement and delivery of infrastructure in the mining, oil and gas and renewables sectors, including rail, roads, ports and airports. Her experience in the resources and energy sector includes major projects in Australia, Papua New Guinea and Africa. Mr Wray is a mining executive with executive and Board level experience in Africa. Mr Wray has held positions at both CEO and CFO level, as well as having substantial banking and finance experience advising companies in the mining and other sectors. Mr Wray, the former CFO of one of Africas gold producers - Acacia Mining, was most recently CEO of West African focused gold miner Golden Star Resources. Prior to this Mr Wray was CEO of the mining investment company La Mancha. Before entering the mining industry, Mr Wray spent 14 years at JP Morgan Cazenove, where he worked with a number of UK listed mining companies. He has had non-executive director roles at Evolution Mining and Golden Star, and currently Chairs Vedra Metals.
