About Piedmont Lithium Inc
Piedmont Lithium Inc is an emerging lithium company publicly listed in the United States on the Nasdaq (NASDAQ: PLL) with a secondary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: PLL).
It is focused on the development of its 100%-owned Piedmont Lithium Project in North Carolina in the United States.
The project is located in the renowned Carolina Tin Spodumene Belt of North Carolina. PLL aims to convert lithium resources found in the region into lithium hydroxide, a critical component for electric vehicle manufacturing in the United States.
Formerly WCP Resources Limited, the company changed its name to Piedmont Lithium Inc in 2017. WCP Resources first listed on the ASX in 1983.

Mr. Beristain has international finance and public equity background and experience in the valuation of mining, metals, and chemical operations and downstream manufactured metal uses. Mr. Beristain has served on the Board of Directors of Ryerson China Limited, since July 2024, and as Vice President of Finance for Ryerson Holding Corporation (NYSE: RYI) since October 2022. With revenue of over $5 billion, Ryerson is a leading value-added processor and distributor of industrial metals with over 110 global locations, supplying the industrial, transport, consumer, construction and energy sectors.
