Mr Beevers is also a Non-executive Director of Syrah Resources Limited and Lynas Rare Earths Limited and former Director of QUT Bluebox, the commercialization arm of the Queensland University of Technology. He previously held the role of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of GroundProbe and executive roles within the Orica Group, Services and Chief Executive Officer of Orica Mining Services, including Global Technology Manager, Group General Manager of Chemical Services and Chief Executive Officer of Orica Mining Services. He is Chair of the Safety and Sustainability Committee, and a member of the Innovation and Technology Committee.

Mr Naylor is the Non-executive Chair of Medical Developments International, and a Director of Celleo Biotech Pty Ltd. Gordon is a former President of Seqirus, a member of the CSL Group and previously held executive leadership roles within the CSL Group, including Chief Financial Off. He is Chair of the Risk Committee and a member of the Safety and Sustainability Committee.

Mr Gandhi was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in April 2021, after previously holding the role of Group Executive and President, Australia Pacific and Asia. He is a former Executive Director of publicly listed German chemical company, BASF SE.
