Ms Taylor has previously held executive positions at the Coca-Cola Company, Griffin's Foods and Goodman Fielder, she has experience in consumer branded food and beverage manufacturing organisations. Victoria was also a founder, shareholder and COO of a food manufacturing business. She is currently Chair of two privately owned entities in primary industry and employment dispute resolution, a Director of AsureQuality, as well as sitting on the Industry Advisory Board of the High Value Nutrition Science Challenge. Mr Dewdney brings governance experience, commercial and operational experience to the role, in the primary sector. He has a background in agribusiness, international sales and distribution, manufacturing, and supply chain industries. Having had 25 years in management roles both in New Zealand and Asia, in 2017 he decided to commit to a future path in governance. Mr Dewdney has held management positions with a range of companies, including Tatua Dairy Co-operative, the NZ Dairy Group and Fonterra, where he progressed to MD for Fonterra Ingredients in Asia. From there he moved into his first CEO position with the Livestock Improvement Corporation, before becoming CEO for PGG Wrightson in 2013. Mr Dewdney is currently a Director of The Tatua Dairy Co-operative and Chair of Hop Revolution Limited and Maririe General Partner Limited. He is member of Finance and Risk Committee, Health & Safety and Food Safety Committee, Fish Farming Committee and People and Performance Committee.

Mr Porus is a consultant with Glaister Ennor and has practised in all areas of property law, commercial law, trusts and estate planning, in addition to mediation. Jack is currently the Chair of Pinnacle Life Limited and a Director of Neil Corporation Limited, Norfolk Financial Management Limited, Ernslaw One Limited as well as other substantial private businesses. He is a trustee of personal and charitable trusts. Jack is a nominated appointee for major New Zealand King Salmon shareholder Oregon Group. He is member of Finance and Risk Committee and People and Performance Committee and chair of Fish Farming Committee.

Mr Tiong has experience in timber industries and property development companies. He is Managing Director of Timbergrow Limited and Maraetai Land Development Limited. Yong is also a Director of property development company Neil Corporation Limited and is on the board of Saint Kentigern School in Auckland. He is member of Health & Safety and Food Safety Committee.

Ms Macleod is a senior scientist with more than 20 years' experience in marine resource along with water and aquaculture management. Catriona has been a driver in global research projects and multi-sectoral partnerships investigating the environmental and social interactions of aquaculture. Her experience is frequently sought on marine and coastal environmental issues, and her recommendations inform regulatory policy and the strategic development of sustainable aquaculture activities in Australia and internationally. She has interest in finding solutions for equitable and sustainable resource management and allocation. She is chair of Health & Safety and Food Safety Committee and member of Fish Farming Committee.

Mr Munro brings over 25 years of financial and commercial experience across a cross section of companies and industries including a 24 year career as a Corporate Finance Partner at Deloitte and six years as CEO of a publicly owned investment company which managed a portfolio of commercial infrastructure investments. Paul has experience in capital structuring and funding of infrastructure projects, investment management, strategy development and performance oversight, mergers and acquisitions, NZX listed market transactions including IPOs and debt capital market bond issues. Paul also has over 10 years' experience as an Independent Director with his Board experience spanning a range of entities and sectors. Paul is a current or former Director of commercial entities including Electricity Ashburton, Orion New Zealand, Toitu Envirocare, Central Plains Water, and Tait Communications. He is chair of Finance and Risk Committee.
