He has worked across commodities such as gold, nickel and mineral sands in both open pit and underground operations. His experience includes establishing and marketing IPOs, project identification, development and expansion, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr Boyatzis has over 30 years of experience in commercial, investment, and equity markets and has worked with a range of emerging growth companies in the resources and financial services sectors. He has served as Chairman and director of several public and private companies.

Mr Tudor has over 36 years of experience, having held roles including Managing Director/CEO of ASX-listed companies, General Manager, Country Manager, and Exploration Manager, as well as positions in exploration and mine geology. He was also General Manager & Principal Consultant of a global mineral consulting firm, focusing on project assessment, due diligence, evaluation studies, and geological and resource assessments. In the last three years, he has served as a director of OzAurum Resources Limited.
