Mr Pretty is a company director, corporate adviser, and former senior executive with over 30 years of experience in technology, telecommunications, finance, and venture capital. He currently serves as Chair of Dubber Limited, a provider of recording and conversational AI for the global telecommunications industry, and recently concluded his role as Chairman of Firmus Limited. His career includes senior leadership positions including as a Partner at Gilbert & Tobin, followed by eight years as Group Managing Director at Telstra. He subsequently held executive and advisory roles at Macquarie Group, and served as Chairman of technology companies including Fujitsu Australia Limited, NEXTDC Limited, Core Logic, and Cipherpoint Limited. Mr Pretty also served as Group Chief Executive Officer of Gulf Finance House in Bahrain, Group Managing Director of Hills Limited, Advisory Chairman Australia and New Zealand for Tech Mahindra, and Board Member of Redeye Apps. He founded Darwin Capital Pty Limited, his corporate advisory and private equity business. He has served on numerous boards and advisory boards including Visy Industries, ANSTO, and CMB Capital.

Mr Cameronis a lawyer with experience in legal, corporate, and regulatory roles. He was Chairman of Property Exchange Australia Limited (PEXA) from its inception in 2011 until before its listing in June 2021 and completed his term as Chair of the NSW Law Reform Commission in May 2022. Previously, he was a partner and managing partner at Ashurst Australia and served as Commonwealth Ombudsman and Chair of the Australian Securities Commission (ASC) and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Mr Mactier has been a Non-Executive Director of Nuix since October 2021 and was appointed Chairman in February 2023. He is a Consultant to the Advisory and Capital Markets division of UBS Australia since June 2007. Robert began his career at KPMG, working across audit, management consulting, and corporate finance. He has investment banking experience in Australia, having previously worked for Ord Minnett Securities (now JP Morgan), E.L. & C. Baillieu, and Citigroup. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Iress Limited and Kinetic IT Pty Limited.

Ms Korhonen has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Financial Services sectors, focusing on transformation, profit and loss management, complex negotiations, project delivery, operations, strategy development, and risk management. She began her career as an engineer at IBM, spending 23 years working across Australia, New Zealand, ASEAN, India, and China. Following IBM, Jacqueline was CEO of Infosys Australia and New Zealand for six years. She later served as CEO of SMS Management & Technology, an ASX-listed IT services company, before returning to IBM as Vice President of Cognitive Transformation Services across the Asia Pacific region.

Sara is a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair with experience across various sectors. Before her non-executive career, she was CFO of IBM Australia/New Zealand and Vice-Principal Operations at the University of Sydney, roles providing solid grounding in finance, risk, technology, and international operations. Sara is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and CPA Australia.

Iain has over 30 years of experience in the security and intelligence sector, including serving as Director of the British Intelligence Agency GCHQ from 2008 to 2014. He was one of five experts appointed by the Australian Prime Minister to develop Australia's first National Cyber Security Strategy in 2015. In 2017, he was part of a senior three-person team conducting an Independent Review of the Australian Intelligence Community. Iain now advises boards on cyber security risk management and financial crime compliance.

Ms Barger has 20 years of experience. She currently serves as President GTM at UKG, where she oversees Marketing, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management globally. She also serves as a Board Member of CSG, where she chairs the Sustainability, Social Responsibility, and Governance Committee. Previously, Ms Barger held senior leadership roles at Cisco, including Senior Vice President, Americas Sales, and Senior Vice President, Global Enterprise Sales. Prior to Cisco, Ms Barger held senior roles at SAP including President and Managing Director of Southeast Asia and Chief Operating Officer for Asia Pacific Japan. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Lithium Technologies and Ariba spanning sales, consulting, customer success, and regional management across North America, Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Europe.
