NexGen Energy Ltd is a mineral exploration company. It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, evaluation and development of uranium properties in Canada. The company's projects portfolio consists of ROOK I, and the IsoEnergy, at the Athabasca Basin. The Rook I property hosts the world-class Arrow Zone, the Bow discovery. as well as the discovered Harpoon area located northeast of the Arrow deposit.

Mr. Gilman has acted as advisor to the largest mining companies in theworld including BHP, Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Noranda, Falconbridge, Sumitomo Corp., China Minmetals, Jinchuan and Zijin and has been responsible for some of the largest equity capital markets financings in Canadian mining history. Ms Veenman has over 21 years' mining industry experience, including as a senior executive and, more recently, as a public company director. Ms Veenman is also Chair of the Board of Directors of the Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre in Toronto, a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing child and youth services and support. Previously, Ms Veenman was a Senior Vice-President and General Counsel and a member of the executive leadership team at Barrick Gold Corporation. In that capacity, Ms Veenman was responsible for overall management of legal affairs, engaged in that company's M&A and financing transactions and involved in a range of operational, regulatory, political and social responsibility aspects of the mining business. Mr Roberts has had a career working as a financial executive in various countries including Canada, Italy and Hong Kong.
