NexGen Energy Ltd is a mineral exploration company. It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, evaluation and development of uranium properties in Canada. The company's projects portfolio consists of ROOK I, and the IsoEnergy, at the Athabasca Basin. The Rook I property hosts the world-class Arrow Zone, the Bow discovery. as well as the discovered Harpoon area located northeast of the Arrow deposit.

Mr. Gilman was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Queen's Road Central Capital Ltd. and Chairman of Queen's Road Capital Investment Ltd. From 2011 to 2019, Mr. Gilman was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CEF Holdings Ltd. Prior to joining CEF, Mr. Gilman was Vice Chairman of CIBC World Markets. Ms Veenman has over 21 years' mining industry experience, including as a senior executive and, more recently, as a public company director. Ms Veenman is also Chair of the Board of Directors of the Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre in Toronto, a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing child and youth services and support. Previously, Ms Veenman was a Senior Vice-President and General Counsel and a member of the executive leadership team at Barrick Gold Corporation. Mr Roberts has had a career working as a financial executive in various countries including Canada, Italy and Hong Kong.
