Mr Murdoch has been Executive Chairman of 21st Century Fox, the media and entertainment company created by the separation, since July 2015, after serving as its CEO from 1979 to July 2015 and its Chairman since 1991. In 1954, Mr. Murdoch took control of News Limited, an Australian-based public corporation whose only key asset at the time was a majority interest in the number two daily newspaper in Adelaide, South Australia. Since then, Mr. Murdoch oversaw the expansion and development of News Corporation into the most international of media businesses. In 1960, the Company acquired the Daily Mirror in Sydney and, in 1964, launched a national newspaper, The Australian. Mr Murdoch has been awarded the Companion of the Order of Australia (A.C.) for services to the media and to newspaper publishing.

Mr Murdoch serves as Executive Chairman of 21st Century Fox, Executive Chairman of NOVA Entertainment Group, and Executive Chairman of Illyria Pty Ltd. He previously served as Non-Executive Chairman of Ten Network Holdings. Prior to founding Illyria in 2005, Lachlan was the Deputy Chief Operating Officer of News Corporation (now 21st Century Fox), a role in which he was directly responsible for two-thirds of the company's global revenue, with specific emphasis on its U.S. television stations group and publishing assets.

Mr Aznar has been the President of the Foundation for Social Studies and Analysis since 1989. Mr Aznar has served as a member of the International Advisory Board of Barrick Gold Corporation since 2011. Mr Aznar is the Honorific President of the Partido Popular of Spain and served as its Executive President from 1990 to 2004.

Ms Bancroft served as a director of 21st Century Fox from 2007 until June 2013 and was a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.

Ms Pessoa has been a Partner at Brunswick Group. She is a Partner of Black-Key Participacoes SA. She is also the founder of Avanti SC. Ms Pessoa previously served in roles during her 18-year career at the Globo Organizations, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2011 and New Business Director from 2008 to 2011 of Infoglobo, the newspaper, Internet and information services business of Globo. She also served as a Director of Globo's subsidiaries including Valor Economico, a financial newspaper in Brazil, and Zap Internet, an online classified service in Brazil, from 2001 to 2011 and as a Director of SPIX Macaw Internet SA, an online news distribution start-up company, from 2009 to 2011.

Mr Siddiqui is the Managing Partner of Naya Management LLP, an investment firm he co-founded in May 2012. He was previously a Partner at The Children's Investment Fund Management (UK) LLP from 2009 to 2011 and a Managing Director at Canyon Partners from 2006 to 2009. Mr Siddiqui previously served as a Senior Vice President at Putnam Investments. Mr Siddiqui has experience in investing with a focus on media investments.

Mr Thomson served as editor-in-chief of Dow Jones & Company and managing editor of The Wall Street Journal from May 2008. He directed the global news operations of the print and digital Journal and Dow Jones Newswires, with an international news staff of over 2,000 journalists in more than 80 bureaus worldwide. Before joining Dow Jones in December 2007, Mr Thomson was editor of The Times of London where he presided over an expansion of its readership in print and on the Web - the audience of the Times Online grew from less than 1 million monthly to almost 13 million during his editorship. Prior to that, he was editor of the U.S. edition of the Financial Times taking prime editorial responsibility for the FT Group's ambitious drive into the U.S. market. For his work in building the FT's operations, in print and online. Mr Thomson had been editor of the Weekend FT and assistant editor of the Financial Times, orchestrating a redesign of the Weekend FT in late 1996 - that edition became the fastest-growing newspaper in the U.K. market during 1997.

Ms Ayotte most recently served as a United States Senator for the State of New Hampshire from 2011 to 2017. Prior to her election to the Senate, she served as the chief of New Hampshire's Homicide Unit and Deputy Attorney General of New Hampshire before being named the State's first female Attorney General, in which role she served from 2004 until 2009. She has experience of private sector innovation from her service on the Senate Commerce Committee, including on its Subcommittee on Communications, Technology, Innovation and the Internet, as well as financial experience from her service on the Senate Budget Committee. She is member of Corporate Governance Committee of NWS.
