Mr Ritchie has over 40 years of experience in the resources industry. During his 27-year career with Rio Tinto, he held positions as a member of Rio Tinto's Executive Committee and the Group Executive responsible for China, Managing Director of Rio's Dampier Salt Ltd, Rio's Head of Business Evaluation, Managing Director of Rio Tinto Diamonds, Chief Executive of Rio Tinto Coal Australia, Rio's Managing Director of Strategy and Chief Executive of the Energy Product Group. Doug retired in 2013. He is also formerly a Director of the Queensland Resources Council. He is member of Risk Committee, Environment Sustainability & Governance Committee.

The Hon. Lucas holds a number of directorships including Energy Queensland Limited, Chair of the Water for the Lockyer and Somerset Scheme, PKKP Aboriginal Corporation, South West Hospital and Health Service, University of the Sunshine Coast. Previously, he has held directorships across a range of sectors including aviation, rail, economic development and civil construction. He is the State President of the Australian Institute of International Affairs and has conducted training in Asian countries predominantly Indonesia. He was a State Minister for 11 years including Deputy Premier and Minister Local Government, Infrastructure & Planning.

Mr Lloyd has over 30 years of experience in the resources industry, having retired from Rio Tinto in July 2013. He has held several senior commercial, project development and board positions with the Rio Tinto group in PNG, Australia, and the UK. He is chairman of Environment Sustainability & Governance Committee and a member of risk committee.

Mr Sawyer has 28 years of experience in the natural resources sector and co-founded Greenstone Resources, a private equity fund specializing in international mining and metals sector. Formerly, Mark was General Manager and co-head of Group Business Development at Xstrata plc responsible for originating, evaluating and negotiating new business development opportunities. Mark also held senior roles at Cutfield Freeman & Co, a boutique corporate advisory firm in the mining industry, and at Rio Tinto plc. He is Member of Risk Committee, Environment Sustainability & Governance Committee.

Mr Wensley has 30 years of experience in the metals and minerals industry, including Research and Development, strategy formulation, finance, sales, marketing and trading, capital projects, radical asset turnaround/business improvement, Mergers and Acquisition and divestments. Simon began his career at Kobe Steel (Japan) in coal chemistry Research and Development and projects and spent 20 years with Rio Tinto in operational, project and leadership roles.

Ms Scarini currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Developing East Arnhem Limited and has previously served as Director of Groote Eylandt Mining Company Pty Ltd and Western Cape Communities Trust. Jo-Anne is a executive with leadership experience in the resources sector, having led complex operations and projects at companies including Rio Tinto and South32 and in the public sector, acting as General Manager Corporate Services at Cairns City Council.
