Ms Healy brings over 20 years of experience in corporate advisory, Non-Executive Director and Chair roles at private and ASX listed companies and statutory corporations, and a background in strategy, innovation and governance. Roseanne is currently Managing Director of Enterprise Corporation Pty Ltd, a boutique corporate advisory and private equity firm. Roseanne commenced her career at JBWere and has advised public and private companies including Wesfarmers, Harvey Norman, Brand Collective Australia, General Motors Holden and Porsche. Roseanne has previously held positions of Tribunal Member for the Office of Consumer and Business Affairs and CEO of South Australia's investment attraction vehicle (now, InvestSA). Roseanne has previously held Non-Executive Director roles in several ASX-listed companies spanning energy, resources, asset management and agriculture. Currently Roseanne holds a number of Director positions, including Director of Murray Darling Basin Authority, Chair of Dairysafe, VeroGuard Systems and Money Management Group. Until 30 September 2023, Roseanne was a Director and Deputy Chair of Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Mr Niall brings over 30 years of experience in developing and implementing strategy with a focus on growth and value creation. David brings strategic knowledge and skillsets across risk management and governance, people and culture and building teams. David has a knowledge of high growth and early-stage companies with experience in developing and launching products. David has been responsible for establishing and driving implementation of complex strategic programs across the telecommunications, technology, childcare and management consulting industries.

Ms Beck is a non-executive director, advisor, and executive leader. Heidi has experience in private, and non-profit boards, including most recently at a NSW based early childhood and care provider since 2021, where Heidi was also Chair of the People and Nominations Committee since 2023. Heidis professional career includes executive positions at Team Global Express and Pacific National Railway as Chief People Officer and at Westpac Banking Corporation as a Senior Director in Group Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to this, Heidi gained 10 years experience as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Mr Johnson With over 30 years of experience in the funds management industry, Greg Johnson has held senior roles in capital raising and client relationship management at Macquarie Bank, Perpetual, and Dimensional. Greg has led operations and client service teams at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and Macquarie Funds Management. From 2011 until divesting his equity in July 2019, Greg was a partner at Apostle Funds Management, where he built the infrastructure for a distribution and service business and developed relationships with Institutional Clients and Asset Consultants. His Board experience includes eight years as an Executive Director of Apostle Funds Management, eight years as a non-Executive Director with the South Sydney Rabbitohs (where he continues to serve), Chairman of ASX-listed Gladiator Resources (ASX:GLA) and Director of Greyhound Racing NSW (GRNSW).
