Mr Paton was with UBS for twenty-three years in the roles of Vice Chairman and Managing Director and served for five years as Vice Chairman Australia of the Institutional Clients Group at Citigroup. Brett was also a Non-executive Director of Tabcorp and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for its demerged entity, Echo Entertainment. Mr Chaur has had 30 years experience in Australian consumer food products (FMCG), large scale agricultural production and has worked in both B2C grocery and B2B markets, including foodservice, QSR and export markets. Fourteen of these years have been at the CEO/ MD level. He has worked at these companies include Simplot, National Foods, Findus, George Weston Foods, Patties Foods Limited and Nutrano Produce Group Limited spanning frozen, chilled, perishable and shelf stable food formats. Over the past 25 years, Steven has developed export markets for branded food products into China, developed Asia, UAE, the USA and Europe. He has worked as a Non-Executive Director in comparable food companies and has had direct experience on audit and risk committees, as well as being Chair of remuneration committees. These past directorships include Meat & Livestock Australia, Wingara Ag Limited (ASX) and Davies Bakeries.

Mr Anderson has over 30 years of experience. Ross brings commercial experience in dealing with agribusiness and capital markets to the MCA board. He is also the Chairman of ClearPoint Capital Limited, a boutique fund manager specializing in alternative assets.

Mr Ryan has been in the growth of Murray Cod Australia. With over 21 years of experience in the aquaculture and agriculture industries, he was previously managing director of Bidgee Fresh and Riverina Aquaculture. Mathew held a previous managing director role at Agrow Agronomy and Research, provided agronomic support services to agriculture clients and conducted research programs.

Mr Commins has over 40 years of experience in the agricultural industry, including establishing and operating a diverse portfolio of enterprises. He is a director of Commins Enterprises, a company recognized as a regional innovator. Mr Commins is a founding owner and current director of Southern Cotton -a cotton gin based in southern NSW, and the Whitton Malt House which is a Dining, Event and Accommodation facility near Whitton NSW.
