Ms Pervan is an accounting professional with over 25 years experience in practice and industry. She spent nine years at EY in Australia and five years internationally, including with PwC. In 1998 Ms Pervan co-founded Perth based accountancy firm, Gooding Pervan, where she worked until her retirement from the firm in 2010. Ms Pervan was previously a Non-Executive Director of United Credit Union and Pioneer Credit.

Mr White has background in the construction, energy and resources sectors in Australia and Asia. He brings experience in engineering, mining and resources, infrastructure and civil contracting, strategy, project technical and commercial analysis, and project development and operations management. During his career, he has led business development across Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, China, and Malaysia in the infrastructure and civil contracting sector. He is member of Risk and Culture Committee.

Mr Finnegan has more than 25 years of experience in the mining industry, with the last 20 years primarily spent in senior line management positions. He has commercial and technical background, having spent time in operations on both the east and west coasts of Australia, as well as in several countries throughout Asia.

Mr Chandran has background in professional services and human resource management within the financial services, resources, and industrial sectors in Australia and Asia. He has experience in the contract mining and civil construction sectors, as the former Chief Human Resources and Corporate Services Officer for mining and civil contractor Leighton Holdings, and further experience in human resource management through his previous role as Chief People Officer of the ABC and his current role as Chief People Officer of Toll Group. He is Chair of Culture Committee.

Mr Evans has over 25 years of experience in financial services and capital markets, including over 10 years as a Partner and Principal Director of KPMG Australia's Mergers and Acquisitions Team. He has advised boards and management teams, as well as providers of debt and equity, and other financial sponsors, on capital raisings, mergers and acquisition transactions, equity and debt structuring, public offerings, and strategic growth options. He is also a member of Risk Committee.

Mr Gibbs has 40 years of international experience in mining operations, including copper and gold, diamonds, uranium, coal (thermal and coke), talc, and nickel laterite resources. His experience encompasses underground and open-pit mining operations across South Africa, Namibia, Papua New Guinea, Australia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
