Ken began his investment banking career at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Mr Wyke was one of the founders of the company in 2009. He has 20 years of investment banking experience in restructuring, M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions. Chris has worked at J.P. Morgan and UBS in London, Singapore and Sydney.

Ms Goodfellow is Vice Chair of Korn Ferry Australasia and has 35 years' experience in executive search and human capital consulting. Advising clients at Board, CEO and C-suite level, assisting with organisational strategy, succession and assessment, executive search and leadership development. Ms Ciafone is the Chief Operating Officer and a founding member of Moelis & Company. Kate has over 20 years' experience as a banker and operating executive in investment banking. Ms Yuncken has over 30 years commercial and executive leadership experience in the financial services industry. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Board of State Super (SAS Trustee Corporation), and a Non-Executive Director of FleetPartners Group Limited (ASX: FPR).Ms Yuncken executive career included corporate finance and investment banking roles at Bank of America and Barclays Capital, and executive leadership roles at GE Capital, Commonwealth Bank institutional bank and the multi-brand business banking and private wealth businesses of the Westpac Group.

Ms Warburton has 30 years' experience as a senior marketing executive and a board director in automotive, sport, and media sectors. She is on the Board of Directors for Greater Western Sydney Giants Football Club, Car Expert and Cloudwerx, and is a Mentor for The Marketing Academy.
