Mr White co-founded Veresen Inc and served in various leadership roles until 2012. During his tenure, the company expanded its operations in pipeline transportation, natural gas liquids extraction, and power generation in Canada and the United States. Veresen was acquired by Pembina Pipeline Corp in 2017. He also co-founded Western Oilsands Inc, which was later sold in 2007.

Dr Jacques maintains close working relationships with policymakers, regulators, financial organisations, and consultants in the energy sectors across Europe and the USA. He has worked with several organisations, including BP Ventures in the UK, the Energy Laboratory at MIT in the USA, and the Strategic Research Foundation in Australia. He has also contributed to the establishment and management of energy technology companies in Australia and North America.

Mr Horgan has over 20 years of experience across Europe, Africa, Asia, and Australia. He began his career in law with Minter Ellison in Australia before moving to London, where he served as Counsel for The Gillette Company and was a member of its Africa, Middle East, and Europe Operational Committee.

Mr MacLachlan has over 30 years of experience in technology development and commercialisation. He has worked with companies across various industries, including conventional and alternative energy. He has expertise in corporate finance, business development, strategic management, and technology commercialisation.

Mr Littlewood was formerly Group Director of Operations at China Light and Power, where he was responsible for developing and implementing power projects across China, Hong Kong, India, and other Asia-Pacific countries. He was a member of the Group Executive and Investment Committees and a director for several company subsidiaries. He has over 40 years of experience in the energy and power sector and was involved in the development of projects using coal, natural gas, nuclear, hydro, wind, solar, and biomass technologies.

Mr Jenkins has 19 years of experience in corporate finance, investment, and power development. He has advised on over CA$10 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as CA$10 billion in equity transactions across the power, energy infrastructure, natural gas, oil, and midstream sectors.
