Mr Thompson has experience of having worked for more than 20 years at the helm of renowned technological companies. Most recently, Mr. Thompson spent 11 years as CEO of Sigtec and 5 years as CEO of Wavenet International, in addition to 5 years with CS Communications and Systems in New York and London. Mr. Thompson has a record of driving sales and revenue and has experience as a CEO providing expertise across UK, US, Australia and New Zealand markets for multi-national, listed, IPO and start-up technology companies.

Mr Stockdale served as Treasurer in the Victorian Government from 1992 to 1999 and his responsibilities included the Government reform agenda and general financial management. As Treasurer, Alan was responsible for the privatization of $A30 billion of Government business enterprises. In the private sector, Alan was employed by Macquarie Bank for a total of six years, co-leading the Macquarie team that bid to acquire Sydney Airport. Taking on several other corporate advisory roles, he was involved in a range of infrastructure transactions, especially in the power, gas and transport sectors in Australia and overseas. He was previously a consultant to Metro Trains, a consultant to Maddocks Lawyers, a member of the Advisory Board of Lazard Australia and Chairman of the Medical Research Commercialization Fund. He was Federal President of the Liberal Party from 2008 to 2014.

Dr Carter, is a business leader and entrepreneur with corporate, start-up, founder and public company experience. He has experience as a non-executive Chairman/Director with over 20 years of board experience in strategy, finance and governance across technology, industrials, financial and professional services industries. Dr Carter has experience as Chair of key Board committees, including audit, remuneration and compliance from non-executive board appointments in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He also has over 25 years of experience in investment management and capital market transactions (in Australia, New Zealand, UK, EU). He is currently a Partner of Kestrel Capital and previously has very experience with a leading UK-based investment management and corporate strategy consulting practice. He also has experience with a number of enterprise software solutions providers (none of which competes with Knosys).
