Mr Ncube is the founder and former Chair of Real Africa Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a Johannesburg Securities Exchange-listed company that unbundled and distributed assets worth 3 billion Rand to shareholders in 2003. He spent 22 years with the Anglo-American Corporation, where he became the first South African black member of its Board. He has also served as Chair of several corporations, including Sun International, Oceana Fishing Group, South African Airways, and Atomic Energy Corporation.

Mr Sierakowski has over 21 years of experience providing legal and corporate advisory services to large private and listed public entities in Australia and overseas. He has advised companies on IPO, RTO, fundraising, and M&A activities and has been involved in the structuring and coordination of transactions and fundraisings. He also has experience in restructuring and mergers and acquisitions and has contributed to the recapitalisation of several ASX-listed companies.

Mr Bulder has held senior management and board positions in the manufacturing, financial services, IT, airline, and gas industries, overseeing large-scale budgets. His roles have included Group Financial Director of Paragon Business Communications Ltd, listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Executive Vice-President (acting) of South African Airways SOE, CEO of South African Airways Technical Division (Pty) Ltd, and Vice President of Business Development for SAA Ltd.

Mr Scharnell has over 30 years of experience at Chevron Corporation, where he worked on business strategy and operations across more than 20 countries. He has managed complex negotiations, agreements, and transactions involving large-scale values and settlements. His experience also includes leading the creation and implementation of an economic development and social impact project in Africa that reshaped Chevron's community engagement approach.

Mr Mgojo is a director of Talent10 Holdings Group. He has been in the mining industry since 2001. Prior to that, his career included 10 years as a software engineer and 8 years in the finance industry, including a stint at Societe Generale Investment Banking. Career include his appointment in April 2016 as CEO of Exxaro Resources Limited, succeeding Mr Sipho Nkosi, a position he held until his retirement in July 2022. Mr Mgojo was the President of the Minerals Council South Africa from 2017 until 2021, joined the Business Leadership South Africa board in 2020, and was appointed President of Business Unity South Africa in January 2024. From November 2024 to November 2025, he is serving as the B20 South Africa Co-Chair.
