Mr Glenning has over 25 years' experience in the software industry, 14 of those living and working in Silicon Valley. He is currently the fund manager for Skalata Ventures, leading the investment into early-stage companies and helping them scale and grow into significant and sustainable businesses. In 1999, Mr Glenning founded Tonic Systems, a web application development company which he built up over eight years and sold to Google in 2007 as part of the Google Docs suite of products. He worked with Google post acquisition where he was a senior software engineer for two years.
