IPH Ltd (ASX: IPH) provides intellectual property (IP) services. Its network of subsidiaries includes global IP brands AJ Park, Griffith Hack, Pizzeys, Smart & Biggar, and Spruson & Ferguson, as well as IP business Applied Marks.
IPH covers ten jurisdictions in 25 countries across Australia & New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and North America. IPH is now the largest IP services group in Asia-Pacific. Its services include patent filing, trademarks, prosecution, management, and enforcement.
The company generates a significant portion of its revenue from the Asia-Pacific market.

Mr Warne brings the knowledge of, and experience in, financial services and investment banking, gained through a number of senior roles at Bankers Trust Australia Limited, including as head of its Global Financial Markets Group from 1988 to 1999. Mr Wiadrowski is also on the Board of the Cambodian Children's Fund in Australia, a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. David is a former Non-executive Director of Vocus Group Limited, the Elevacao Foundation, established to support and mentor early-stage female technology entrepreneurs, and Board Member of PwC Securities and PwC Indonesia. Dr Blattman has nearly 30 years of experience in the IP profession, having joined Group member firm Spruson & Ferguson in 1995. He was appointed as a principal in 1999 and served as CEO from 2015 to 2017, during which time the firm significantly expanded its footprints in both the Australian and Asia IP markets, opening new offices in Melbourne, Beijing, Hong Kong SAR, Jakarta and Bangkok. Since Spruson & Ferguson's incorporation and the listing of IPH on the ASX in 2014, Andrew has overseen the expansion of the Group, which has grown through a series of strategic acquisitions and integrations.
