Mr Mitchell spent 12 years as a natural resource's specialist at investment banks and advisory firms in the US and Australia. From 1999-2011 Stephen was the Managing Director of Molopo Energy Ltd, an ASX-listed oil and gas company that held assets in Australia, Canada, USA, China, India and South Africa. Under his stewardship, Molopo generated a 10-fold increase in shareholder value and expanded its market capitalization from less than $1 million into an ASX 200 company.

Mr Shorrocks has more than 22 years of experience in corporate finance and has advised a diverse range of mining and resource companies during his career at Patersons Securities Limited, Australia's full-service stockbroking and financial services firms. He has managed and structured equity capital raisings as well as having advised in mergers and acquisitions.

Mr Castellano spent a decade in the nuclear power program of the United States Navy, ultimately becoming the leading chief of the reactor laboratory division of the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier the Dwight D. Eisenhower, where he assumed responsibilities for chemistries in the reactor plants. After leaving, Nick developed cutting edge chemistry and patented processes in the industrial water and oil industries. In the industrial water industry Nick founded an industrial water treatment company with clients such as Pepsi Cola, Coca Cola and United Dairymen. In the oil industry Nick focused on oil well chemistry, developing and founding the technology of HCD.
