    Ms Watson is an experienced chair and non-executive director with a portfolio concentrated on the energy sector and private equity/investment space across multiple geographies and ownership structures. A strategist with a background in corporate finance, Gillian started her career with Morgan Stanley working on IPOs and M&A, working both internationally and across sectors. She moved into the energy market in the UK with Eastern Group PLC in corporate finance strategy roles.     Gillian brings past and present knowledge and connectivity in the global energy sector.
