About Genesis Minerals Ltd
Genesis Minerals Ltd (ASX: GMD) is an Australian gold exploration and mine development company. It is focused on advancing its flagship Leonora Gold Project in Western Australia which covers its Ulysses, Admiral, Orient Well, and Puzzle deposits.
The company is targeting the development of a large long-life standalone mining and processing operation at Ulysses with resource expansion drilling programs underway as well as regional exploration programs. The company also owns an interest in the Barimaia Gold Project in the Murchison district of Western Australia.

Mr Finlayson has 20 years of technical and operational experience in disciplines including underground and open pit operations. During his 14 year tenure at Saracen, Mr Finlayson was initially the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the feasibility study and development of Saracen's first operating gold mine, the Carosue Dam Operations. He was responsible for the acquisition, feasibility study and development of Saracen's second operating gold mine, Thunderbox, and subsequently the purchase of 50% of the KCGM Superpit from Barrick Gold. Mrs Murray is a Partner at Resource Capital Funds (RCF), a mining-focused, global alternative investment firm, and has experience within the mining industry.
