Mr Palatianos is experienced Investment Director. He has held roles in organisations within business sectors including agri-business, construction, property investment and finance. These roles include Group CFO of the Costa Group, Hickory Construction Group Commercial Director of Prudential Equity Partners and Director of Integration and Growth at MaxCap Group.

Mr Ward has been in the egg industry for over 35 years having owned and operated cage and free range farms and has served on industry related boards in the area of farm management and feed supply. He is also a director of AAA Egg Company Pty Ltd and its subsidiary West Coast Eggs Pty Ltd as well as being a director on a number of other private companies. Malcolm is the Managing Director of his family's independent supermarkets and also has commercial interests in property. He is also a director of Australian United Retailers Limited, appointed 17 November 2010.

Mr Lurie is an experienced leader of businesses and management teams and has previously held positions as Managing Director, Chair and CFO in a number of companies, including EduCo International Group. Darren has 15 years of experience as a corporate advisor leading finance, strategy and merger and acquisition assignments across a range of finance and investor communities.
