Mr Middlemas worked for a large international chartered accounting firm before joining Normandy Mining Group, where he was a senior group executive for approximately 10 years. He has had corporate and management experience and is currently a director of several publicly listed companies in the resources sector.

Mr Behets has more than 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining in Australia and internationally. He contributed to the founding and growth of Mantra Resources Limited, an African-focused uranium company, which was acquired by ARMZ for approximately $1 billion in 2011. Prior to Mantra, he held management positions during a long career with WMC Resources Limited. He has skills and experience in exploration, resource and reserve estimation, feasibility studies, and operations across various commodities, including uranium, gold, and base metals. He is a member of professional industry bodies including The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Mr Welborn has experience in the resources sector as an executive and in corporate management, finance, and investment banking. He is currently Executive Chairman of iron ore producer Fenix Resources Limited and was previously Managing Director of Resolute Mining Limited and Head of Specialized Lending in Western Australia for Investec Bank (Australia) Ltd.
