Elanor Investors Group (ASX: ENN) is a funds management business focused on real estate assets. The company operates Elanor Commercial Property Fund (ASX: ECF), Elanor Property Income Fund, Elanor Healthcare Real Estate Fund, and Elanor Hotel Accommodation Fund. Together, the Group holds more than $6.4 billion of real estate assets across a range of property sectors in Australia and New Zealand.
The Group describes its focus as acquiring and unlocking value in real estate assets that deliver strong investment returns for both Elanor's funds management capital partners and its security holders, as well as having capital growth potential.
