Mr Anthon is a resource industry professional, having worked full-time in the Lithium sector for the past 10 years. Mr Anthon was most recently the director of Corporate Development at Allkem Limited. He worked with Allkem (as Orocobre) from its initial IPO as a small exploration company, through its merger with Galaxy Resources to create Allkem and the AUD 16Bn merger between Allkem and Livent to form NYSE listed Arcadium Lithium, which has now been recently acquired by Rio Tinto..Mr Anthon was a practicing lawyer for over 30 years with experience in both corporate and commercial law focusing on the resource sector. He currently serves as Chair of the Board at Savannah Resources, a European-focused lithium producer, as well as Chair of Greenwing Resources Limited, which has lithium brine operations in Argentina and a graphite project in Madagascar. Mr. Anthon is also Chair of Rapid Lithium Limited, which is undertaking lithium exploration in South Dakota, and Non-Executive Director at Savannah Goldfields Limited.

Dr Dreisinger is a Professor and Chairholder of the Industrial Research Chair in Hydrometallurgy at the University of British Columbia. He has published over 300 papers and is co-inventor of 21 U.S. patents for work in hydrometallurgical research. He runs an active international consulting practice focused on various hydrometallurgical projects and plants. His previous experience includes director positions at PolyMet Mining, Search Minerals, LeadFX, Cascadero Copper Corp. and officer positions with Camrova Resources, Clifton Star Resources and South American Silver.

Mr Stepien has over 30 years of global high technology management, operations, and engineering experience at both small and large companies. He is currently the President and a Director of Amprius Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: AMPX), a position he has held since May 2025. He served as CEO and Board Chair of South 8 Technologies, a next-generation lithium-ion battery company, from August 2023 to March 2025. From December 2020 to November 2023, he was an Operating Partner at KCK Group, a venture and private equity investment firm. Tom served as CEO and Director of Primus Power Corporation from 2009 to 2020 and has been President and Director of its successor, Primus Power Solutions, Inc., since 2021. Prior to co-founding Primus, he was a Vice President at semiconductor equipment manufacturer Applied Materials. Tom is a co-inventor on numerous patents and is a frequent speaker at energy conferences. He brings an international perspective, having led diverse teams in several countries.

Ms Wouters is a strategy, governance, and policy executive with more than 20 years of experience in European and emerging markets. Leveraging her background in law, political risk insurance, and investment banking, Ludivine helps in guiding growth, advising executives on sustainability and innovation in the minerals and materials sectors. As the Managing Partner at Latitude Five, she manages the Mining and Minerals practice. Her expertise extends to mining policy and governance, including working with policy shapers on critical minerals and responsible sourcing priorities. Ludivine is currently a Visiting Fellow with the European Council on Foreign Relations.

Ms Blahova has 20 years of international experience in finance; including public practice with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young in the Czech Republic and UK. She held senior positions in automotive and mining industry as a corporate controller at Euro Manganese Inc, Manager of Financial Reporting at SSR Mining Inc. and FP&A manager for KS Kolbenschmidt Inc., a Czech subsidiary of the Rheinmetall Group AG, and consulted Canadian public and private companies in senior finance roles and with transition to IFRS. Martina is a member of CPA Canada (CGA) and of ACCA (UK).
