Mr Mann has more than 30 years of experience in the discovery, development and commercialisation of mining assets, including 17 years in senior roles in the uranium sector. He was the Australian Managing Director of Orano for 12 years, where he led corporate improvement and exploration programs. He also represented Orano and Cameco on the board of publicly listed ERA Ltd, which owned and operated the Ranger Uranium Mine in the Northern Territory of Australia.

Mr Perry has over 25 years of international leadership experience in the mining sector, with a background in corporate transactions, project financing and development. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of AuRico Gold, where he led the US$1.5 billion merger with Alamos Gold in 2015, and has also held multiple Chief Financial Officer roles.

Mr Hill has 41 years of experience in the mining industry and is a metallurgist with expertise in the design, operation and commissioning of gold, uranium and base metal process plants. His experience includes managing a metallurgical testwork laboratory and working as a process engineer in an engineering group, with a particular focus on uranium metallurgy. For the 10 years prior to joining the company, he operated his own metallurgical consulting business serving the mining industry worldwide. He is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
