Tony is a director of Elanor Hotel Accommodation Limited and Elanor Hotel Accommodation II Limited, enlighten Australia Pty Limited, and numerous small companies. He was previously an Executive Director of Macquarie Bank Limited where he held responsibilities for several of Macquarie's listed property trusts as well as operational leadership for residential real estate developments and real estate based operational businesses in the living and leisure sectors.

Ian was previously the International Director and Asia Pacific Head of Strategic Partnerships at LaSalle Investment Management Asia from January 2000 to April 2018. Ian also served on LaSalle's Asia Pacific Investment Committee from 2006 and its Global Investment Strategy Committee from 2008. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and the Singapore Institute of Directors, and has been a director of regulated entities in Singapore and South Korea.
