Mr Bradley has over 20 years of of mineral exploration, mining and resource development experience in a range of geological settings. In previous years he has worked in the Asian region in a variety of business development roles for mid-tier gold miners Kingsgate Consolidated and Dominion Mining. Mr Bradley is currently a Non-Executive Director of Lachlan Star Limited (October 2023 to current).

Mr Goyder has years' experience in the resource industry. He has been involved in the formation and management of a number of publicly-listed companies. Mr Goyder is currently Chairman of Liontown Resources Limited (February 2006 to current) and a Non-Executive Director of Minerals 260 Limited (June 2021 to current). Mr Goyder was previously Chairman of Chalice Mining Limited (October 2005 to November 2021).

Mr Ross is a corporate finance executive and former investment banker with a history in the commercial banking industry in the resource and commodities sector both globally and in Western Australia. He was previously Managing Director, Head of Western Australia and Head of Metals & Mining for BNP Paribas. Prior to that, he held a range of senior positions with major commercial banks and in advisory firms to the commodities industry, including with Westpac Institutional Bank, BNP Paribas, Oakvale Capital, Royal Bank of Canada and Commonwealth Bank. Since April 2022, Mr Ross has been Managing Director and CEO of junior nickel explorer, Nordic Nickel.
