    About Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT

    Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (ASX: CQE) is the largest ASX-listed social infrastructure real estate investment trust (REIT). It owns more than 370 properties in every Australian state and territory, including childcare centres, healthcare facilities, and transport hubs.

    Leases are generally triple-net, where the tenant pays for outgoings including maintenance and most capital expenditure, with an initial term of 15 years plus two five-year options. The REIT is managed by ASX-listed Charter Hall Group.
