She was formerly Chair of the Australian Securities and Investment Commission's Markets Disciplinary Panel and Deputy Chair of the Indigenous Land Corporation. For most of his career, Joseph served as Senior Executive Vice President of The Bank of New York and as a member of the Bank's Senior Policy Committee. During his 22-year tenure with the Bank, Joseph's responsibilities included heading Global Issuer Services, Global Custody and related Investor Services, Global Liquidity Services, Pension and 401k Services, Consumer and Retail Banking, Correspondent Clearing and Securities Services. Most recently Joseph served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Convergex Group. Mr Nendick is a senior finance executive who is an expert in new business models, global financial, accounting and audit matters, transactions and technology and Technology, Media and Telecomm (TMT) trends globally. He was, until 2020, the Deputy Global Leader of EY's TMT business and also served on EY's Global Practice Group. John is based in California.
