    About Charter Hall Group

    Charter Hall Group (ASX: CHC) is an Australian property investment and funds management company. The group's core business is in managing funds for retail and institutional investors, as well as listed real estate investment trusts (REITs). These include Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX: CQR), Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT (ASX: CQE), and Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX: CLW).

    Charter Hall Group has a commercial property portfolio valued at more than $70 billion including industrial properties, retail centres, office buildings, and early learning centres. It also has a property development pipeline of around $15 billion. As well, the company has a 50% ownership stake in funds manager Paradice Investment Management.
