Mr Sissian has experience in corporate finance as a technology and finance executive, advisor and investor. Mr Sissian has worked with Wilsons and the National Australia Bank, in both Australia and Shanghai, focused on institutional banking and acquisition finance. Mr Sissian is the CEO of Internet of Things company, Procon Telematics Pty Ltd.

Mr Addison has a history of involvement in the Australian and international mining industry. Mr Addison has also held previous positions on the Boards of two unlisted public resource companies (Scott Creek Coal Limited and Northam Iron Limited). Mr Addison has expertise in the management and running of listed companies and a working knowledge of the regulatory, legal and governance environments in which listed companies operate.

Mr McNeilly has formerly been a non-executive director of Greatland Gold plc (AIM:GGP) and a non-executive director at Arkle Resources plc (AIM:ARK). Mr McNeilly serves as a director on numerous of SRT's investment and subsidiary entities. Mr McNeilly previously worked as a corporate financier with both Allenby Capital and Arden Partners Limited (AIM:ARDN) as well as a corporate executive at Coinsilium (NEX:COIN) where he worked with early stage blockchain focused start-ups.

Dr McGowan founded the Resource Exploration & Development Group and has over 20 years of academic, technical and corporate experience in mining exploration in Africa. Ross was a co-recipient of the 2015 PDAC Thayer Lindsley Award for an international Mineral Discovery for Kamoa.

Mr Wooldridge is a founding partner of KML and has played an active role in developing the Companys exploration projects over the last five years. An experienced geophysicist and geologist with over 25 years experience in Africa, the Middle East and Europe, he has worked in exploration management and consulting positions across a variety of deposit types including base and precious metals. Adam is a former partner of NRG Geophysical Surveys and was previously employed by BHP working in the Kalahari Copper Belt (KCB)
