Mr Phegan has held multiple technical, project, strategic and executive roles within the bauxite and alumina industries over a 30-year international career with Alcoa. In his capacity as Global Director for Process Design and Development, he was responsible for design and commissioning of refining expansions and refining development projects in Australia, Middle East, Brazil, Guinea, Ghana, Jamaica and Vietnam. He is intimately familiar with the bauxite industry supply lines, customers, and mining practices in relation to alumina refining and project development, as well as the bauxite business development pathway having supported customer development activities in China and Vietnam over several years.

Mr Mogajane is a South African based executive, who brings over 25 years experience working across divisions for the Ministry of Finance and National Treasury. He has held leadership roles including Chief of Staff and Head of Ministry for the South African Ministry of Finance, Deputy Director (General) for Public Finance and held the position of Director-General of the National Treasury for five years from June 2017. Mr Mogajane was also seconded to the World Bank in Washington DC as a Senior Advisor representing Africa Group 1 countries. During his time at the World Bank, he also served as a member on both the Audit and Risk Committee and Committee on Governance and Administration. Mr Mogajane is the Chief Executive Officer of diversified investment company the Moti Group and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF), Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund and Board of Directors of the New Development Bank (BRICS)

Mr Horton has 25 years of international experience in the development and financing of energy, natural resource, and infrastructure projects. Mr Horton has held senior roles with financial institutions across Australia, Africa, the Gulf Region, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. Mr Horton brings a network of international relationships spanning sovereigns and financial institutions across renewable energy, natural resources, and sustainable investment sectors. Mr Horton previously served as Group Manager of Funding at Fortescue (ASX: FMG). Prior to his tenure at Fortescue, Mr Horton held several positions at the National Australia Bank (ASX: NAB). Most recently, Mr Horton was the Chief Financial Officer of Greatland Gold (LON: GGP).
