About BrainChip Holdings Ltd
BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN) is engaged in the field of neuromorphic computing. This is a branch of artificial intelligence (AI) that simulates the function of the human neuron.
The company has developed the world's first commercial neuromorphic processor technology. It has the ability to learn autonomously, evolve and associate information just like the human brain. Among its applications, it is being used in the development of next-generation smart cars and health diagnostics.
As well as AI, BrainChip is involved in semi-conductor design and software development and technology. Its teams are located in Perth, Australia, California, France, and India.

Mr. Viana has over 30 years of experience in the global semiconductor space. Ms. Le has a professional history, both technologically and in executive management, having retired from Texas Instruments (TI) as a Senior Fellow after 35 years. While at TI, she led global R&D and advanced technology manufacturing from concept to high volume production for TI's multi-billion-dollar memory, DSP, and base station product lines. She has global business experience, including overseeing joint ventures, foundries and OSAT (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) partnerships. She is the President and sole partner of DLE Management Consulting LLC, a management consulting firm. Ms Le was inducted into the Women in Technology Hall of Fame (WITI) in 2001, was the first engineer inducted into the Asian Hall of Fame in 2017 and in 2021 was named to NACD Directoship 100 a recognition by the National Association of Corporate Directors for her leadership & corporate governance. She received recognitions for her philanthropic contributions worldwide, including Congressional Special Recognition. She currently serves on the Board of two non-profit organisations which promote education and support social economic development projects in the third world.
