Mr Correia has more than 30 years of experience providing corporate finance advice to clients in Australia and overseas. He was a co-founder and major shareholder of Cardrona Capital, which provided advisory services to the small- to mid-cap market in Australia, before establishing Peloton Capital in 2011. He provides corporate advice on private and public capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy and structuring, IPOs, and project and company valuations. He also holds a number of public company directorships.

Mr Lloyd has more than 31 years of commercial experience. He operates his own corporate consulting business, providing corporate, financial, and management advisory services. Earlier in his career, he worked for an international accounting firm and later served for about 10 years as General Manager of Finance for a Western Australian-based international drilling contractor operating in Asia and Africa. He has overseen several IPOs, RTOs, project acquisitions, and capital raisings for ASX-listed companies.

Mr Smith has more than 46 years of experience as an exploration and mine geologist across Australia, North America, Africa, and South East Asia. He served as Hawkstone's Technical Manager, overseeing the exploration program that defined a resource on the Big Sandy Sedimentary Lithium Project in Arizona, USA. He previously worked as Exploration Manager for Moto Gold Mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, leading the discovery of 22 million ounces of gold (now Kibali Gold Mine, ranked the world's 8th largest). He has also held directorships in several ASX-listed companies.
