AVZ Minerals Ltd (ASX: AVZ) is an Australian-based mineral exploration company.
Its primary focus is on developing the Manono Project, potentially one of the world's largest lithium-rich LCT (lithium, caesium, tantalum) pegmatite deposits. Manono is located in the south of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in central Africa.
The Project also covers the historic Manono Mine, a pegmatite deposit mined for its tin content from 1919 to 1982.
The company is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia.
AVZ was delisted from the ASX on Monday, 13 May 2024.

Mr Johnston has over 30 years' experience in Australia, the Middle East, Romania, Malaysia and the DRC. He worked on gold projects before joining Rio Tinto and then with Midwest Corporation where he was the Principal Geologist during its sale to Sinosteel Corporation. Dr Tungaraza has 40 years of domestic and international industry experience.
