Mr Perrin brings wine industry experience as a past Manager and Director of a number of large listed, private and boutique wine companies in Australia, the United States and New Zealand over a 40 year wine career that focused on sales and marketing both in Australia and overseas. He is Chair of Risk and Sustainability Committee and also a member of People and Culture Committee.

Ms Zabel has experience in customer centred business transformation, brand strategy, innovation,
digital communications, customer experience and change leadership. She is currently an
independent non-executive director of Select Harvests Ltd (ASX:SHV), The Reject Shop (ASX:TRS),
G8 Education Ltd (ASX:GEM), Collective Wellness Group and Fairtrade Australia & New Zealand.
She has 20 years of senior executive experience working across major companies and brands in
FMCG, food, technology and communications industries, including multinationals, ASX 100
companies and not-for-profits and one of her previous roles included National Marketing Director
for Lion.

Ms Teh is the founder and executive Chair of Octopus Global Holdings, which is the Company's
current distributor in Singapore and Malaysia. Octopus Global is the sole representative of many
large global distributors, including Diageo, Paulaner, San Miguel, Australian Vintage, Fever Tree,
ABInBev and more

Mr Byrne has 30 years experience as a non-executive director and leader within the
logistics, supply chain, retail and property sectors, currently serving on the Boards of Ausgrid
Asset, Management, Finance and Operator Partnership, NSW Ports, and Peel Ports UK.
Throughout his career, Mr Byrne has held esteemed positions such as Managing
Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Toll Group Holdings; Chief Executive Officer of
Coates Hire, Linfox and Westgate Holdings. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of
Australia Post.

Mr Williamson is the Chief Investment Officer of Wentworth Williamson, which is a substantial
shareholder of the Company. Mr Williamson has 20 years of experience in financial markets
including experience in covering alcoholic beverages as an analyst. Prior to Wentworth
Williamson, he worked for Allan Gray Australia and prior to that he was Portfolio Manager of the
Investec Australian Equity Fund.
