About Arafura Rare Earths Ltd

Arafura Rare Earths Ltd (ASX: ARU) is a minerals explorer and developer. Its flagship development is the Nolans Rare Earths project in the Northern Territory. The company is targeting neodymium-praseodymium oxide as well as mixed middle-heavy rare earth oxide products. The former is used in manufacturing advanced magnets and has a wide range of commercial applications.

The Nolans project is at construction stage with a forecast mine life of 38 years. Arafura already has binding offtake agreements with Hyundai and Kia, and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy. The company also has exploration licences for two other sites outside Alice Springs. One, Bonya, is a 60% joint venture with Thor Mining PLC.
