Mr Michael has over 20 years of experience in the property sector encompassing the arrangement and execution of commercial and residential property transactions, land development, construction and joint venture operations utilizing a network of contacts throughout Australia. Mr Michael is currently the Managing Director of a private aged care business, a private property development business and privately-owned Real Estate Agency. He is also the Managing Director of a private investment firm, based in Subiaco, specializing in developing resource exploration companies. He is also a director of a not-for profit group that specializes in delivering exercise programs for people with diabetes in WA and Vanuatu.

Mr Hazeldine has more than 20 years of capital markets experience from working with a range of ASX listed companies on investor relations activities, predominately in the natural resources sector. Mr Hazeldine is a Non-Executive Director of integrated graphite company Evion Group (ASX:EVG) and has held Chair roles with lithium and alumina companies. He is a Council Member on the Curtin University Business and Law School and holds a range of advisory and Board positions with notfor-profit organisations including Surfing WA. Warrick is a founding director of investor and corporate communications firm Purple (formerly Cannings Purple).

Mr Hall has over 15 years of experience developing resource and infrastructure projects across Australia and Asia. He has diverse experience including project technical and commercial analysis, project strategy, infrastructure and civil contracting, project management and development. Specializing in risk and opportunity identification and management, he has commercial skills and business acumen.
