Mr Jackson has over 30 years of experience in capital markets and as public company director. He worked for JB Were in Australia and SG Warburg & Co (now UBS) in both London and New York over a ten-year period in Equity Capital Markets and Institutional Sales transacting with North American and European institutional investors. He is currently director of C B Norwood Distributors Ltd (NZ). Previous roles include director of Namoi Cotton Limited a director and Chairman of MSF Sugar Limited (known formerly as The Maryborough Sugar Factory Ltd). The skills and experience relevant to the position of director include capital markets, financial risk management, strategic analysis, and corporate governance.

Mr Beeton is a entrepreneur who has founded several start-up and growth businesses in the financial services sector, including founding Sequoia Financial Group (ASX:SEQ) and taking the business through to a public listing. He has over 20 years of management experience having held senior roles across superannuation, funds management, stockbroking, AFSL dealer services, financial advice and fintech. Prior to joining ARC, Scott was non-executive director of Registry Direct Limited (acquired by Complii Fintech Solutions Ltd) and Founder, Managing Director & CEO of Sequoia Financial Group Ltd for 14 years.

Mr Adams is a finance professional with over 25 years experience in executive level positions. Matt has experience in the corporate finance, restructuring and turnaround sectors and has acted in executive positions (CEO, CFO and CRO) for both listed and unlisted entities. Commencing his career at a mid-tier restructuring firm, Matt was a partner for many years prior to his firm being acquired by a NYSE listed consulting firm where Matt became its Senior Managing Director. Matt left the professional services sector in 2015 and founded the boutique corporate finance firm, Dynamic Corporate Investments (DCI). As Managing Director of DCI Matt has completed many assignments ranging from formal C-Suite roles to non-executive Chairmanships and directorships to investments in his personal capacity and on behalf of various stakeholders. Matt currently sits on the board of Peak Processing Limited (ASX: PKP).

Mr Grosser is the Co-Founder and Co-CIO of Sydney based funds management company HD Capital Partners. He brings knowledge and skills in capital markets, financial analysis and valuation, building and operating an investment management business and investor relations.
